3-Ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies come together in minutes--great on their own or in ice cream
Yield: ~2.5 cookies
Ingredients
2 tbsp oats
1.5 tbsp dates
1 tbsp peanut bu
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Blend oats in food processor. Combine other ingredients.
2. Form into cookies. Press criss-cross pattern with fork. Enjoy!
