Private Selection Middle Eastern Inspired Shwarma Marinade

It is a bit spicy and has an exotic tasting spice (unidentifyable). Ingredients include garlic, fig balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, parsley, garam masala (black pepper, cardamom, coriander, clvoe, cumin, fenugreek, mustard, red pepper), paprika, allspice, sumac, oregano, cayenne pepper, tumeric, and cinnamon.

How much to use? 3-4 tbsp marinade for every 1/2 pound of chicken

Would I buy it again? It's not a pantry staple, but good if you want to make shwarma quickly

Best bar consistency. Chewy. Flavor is just okay. Tastes like figs and raspberries. I like the raspberries but would like it better without the figs. Can't really taste anything else. Bigger than they look because they are really thick.

Would I buy it again? Probably not--not worth the price
