Air Fried Potato Sticks

These hashbrowns are so crispy and delicious--they taste like potato sticks.

Ingredients

1 russet potato

diced onion (optional)

diced bell pepper (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Shred potatoes. Soak in cold water 20-25 minutes (helps with crispness).

2. Dry potatoes.

3. Spray with olive oil and season with salt.

4. Air fry for 5-10 minutes at 400 degrees.
