Almond Fudge Crunch
You'll love this rich chocolate fudge and won't believe it is just made using oats, dried fruit, and nuts.
Ingredients
Fudge Base
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup dates + 2-3 tbsp dates
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts
2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla (opt)
Mix Ins
1/2 cup almond pieces or slivers
1/3 cup coconut shreds (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend fudge ingredients in food processor. Keep processing until it turns into fudge and starts forming a ball.
2. Knead almonds and coconut into fudge.
3. Refrigerate
