Almond Joy Oat Bran Granola Bars
These granola bars are bursting with coconut and almonds.
Yield: ~8 servings
Ingredients
2 cups oat bran
1/2 cup dates
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup chopped onions
1/3 cup shredded coconut
melted chocolate for drizzling on top (opt)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
2. Combine all ingredients except chocolate. Press into pan.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with melted chocolate (optional)
