Apple Cinnamon Granola
This apple cinnamon granola is the best out of numerous tried. The hemp seeds taste great in this!
Yield: About 7 cups
Ingredients
3 cups oats
1 cup nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup date syrup
1 cup dreid apples, chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
pinch salt (I used 1/8 tsp)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Pour dry ingredients over wet. Stir. Arrange on parchment mat.
3. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
4. Fold in apple chips, cranberries, and hemp.
