Apple-Pear Crumble

If you like apple crumble give this apple-pear version a try.

Yield: 2 servings

 

Ingredients

Filling

1/2 apple

1/2 pear

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/6 tsp nutmeg (I forgot to add)

1 tsp lemon juice

Crumble:

4 tbsp oats

1.25 tsp flour

3 dates

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/16 tsp salt

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Put filling and then crumble mixture in ramekin.

5. Bake ~30 minutes.

Notes: I increased the crumble by 50%, because it needed more.
