Asian Citrus Salmon

This salmon dish has a complex flavor developed from soy sauce and citrus

Ingredients

4 6 oz salmon

2-4 tbsp soy sauce

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp tomato paste

 

Instructions

1. Air fry salmon.

2. Reduce sauce. Pour over salmon.

376 calories, 22.3g fat, 2.2g carbs, 0.2g fiber, 1.6g sugar, 36.2g protein

Notes: When I use 2 tbsp soy sauce, it has a strong citrusy flavor (mostly lemon). Try it again with 4 tbsp soy sauce. My original complaint around 4 tbsp was that it made it too salty. Original recipe called for marinating for 4-5 hours, but I don't think that helped.
