Avocado Deviled Eggs

This healthy version of deviled eggs uses avocado instead of mayo.

Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs

1/2 avocado

2 tsp Dijon mustard

~1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

black pepper

 

Instructions

1. Cut hardboiled eggs in half.

2. Remove yolk. Mash with remaining ingredients. Spoon into egg white.
