Avocado Salsa

Enjoy this avocado salsa with chips or on top of chili.

Yield: 2-4 servings

 

Ingredients for Avocado Tomato Salsa

1/2 cup diced avocado (~1/2 avocado)

1/3 cup tomato

2 tbsp onion

1 tbsp jalapeno (adjust depending on spicyness)

1 tbsp cilantro

1 tbsp lime juice

1/16 tsp salt

Ingredients for Avocado Corn Salsa (I liked the black pepper and the apple cider vinegar)

6 tbsp corn

3-4 tbsp green onions

4 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

2.25 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp fresh garlic

1/4 tsp oregano

1/8 tsp kosher salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 avocado, diced

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients. Enjoy!
