Baked Artichoke Hearts
You'll love this cheesy dish. It might even work with other veggies.
Servings: 6
Ingredients
3 eggs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp combined thyme/oregano/parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
12 oz frozen artichokes (not packed in vinegar)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
