Balsamic-Roasted Kalettes with Grape Tomatoes

The balsamic vinegar carmelizes and gives a hint of sweetness to this quick-to-prepare dish.

Ingredients

1 cup kalettes

5 grape tomatoes (opt)

1/4 tsp olive oil

1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Toss kalettes and grape tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Roast in oven for 5-10 minutes.
