Banana Nut Snack Bars

These banana bars are the perfect consistency. Feel free to switch up the mix-ins.

Yield: 16 bars

 

Ingredients

3 bananas

2 cups oats, quick oats

3/4-1 cup chopped dates (or other dried fruit)

3/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup hemp seeds

2 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp sea salt

pinch nutmeg (I omitted)

 

Instructions

1. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

 

Notes: I like the raisins and the crunch of the hemp seeds.
