Banana Bread Doughnuts

These doughnuts taste delectable and are made from wholesome ingredients.

Yield: 12 mini doughnuts

 

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 bananas

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 egg

1/4 cup dates (~6)

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup walnuts

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

3. Fill doughnut pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
