Banana Brittle

This brittle is crisp and delicious.

Ingredients

1 banana

3 tbsp almonds

3 tbsp oats

 

Instructions

1. Grind almonds and oats.

2. Mix banana and almond/oat mixture.

3. Dehydrate for ~24 hours at 115 degrees

Notes: At first it just tastes like oats, but it becomes sweeter as you chew it.
