Banana Butter Cups

This sweet treat tastes just like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, but without the guilt. Compared to a Reese's, it has ~2.5x fiber, 40% less sugar, and 30% more protein for the same amount.

Yield: 12 mini butter cups

 

Ingredients

1/2 banana

2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)

1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate

1.5-2 dates

1.5-2 tsp milk

 

Instructions:

1. Melt chocolate on double broiler. Add mashed dates and milk.

2. Combine banana and peanut butter.

3. Layer ingredients into ice cube tray.

4. Freeze and enjoy!
