Banana Cashew Pudding

This banana pudding is extremely creamy. You'll love it!

Ingredients

1 cup cashews, soaked

3-4 bananas (I used 4)

3/4 cup almond milk

1 date

 

Instructions

1. Rinse soaked cashews.

2. Blend ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

 

Nutrition Information (based on 4 servings with 4 bananas and almond milk)

276 calories, 13.5g fat, 29.1g carbs, 4.4g fiber, 17.6g sugar, 6.2g protein

 

Note: This will turn brown if refrigerated and not eaten right away.
