Version 1 (Bubba Foods Copy Cat)
1.5 cups raw pecans
1.5 cups raw cashews
2 cups unsweetened banana chips
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Version 2 (Paleo Barbeque Snack Mix)
1 cup pecans
1 cup cashews
1 cup banana chips
4 tsp coconut oil (increased from original recipe, because it needed more than 2 tsp)
1/2 tsp salt (reduced from 1 tsp called for in original recipe, since that was too much)
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground mustard
Instructions
1. Mix oil and spices. Toss in banana chips and nuts.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Notes: I dehydrated a green banana chip. 1 green banana produced about 10 tbsp banana chips. I also tried the ranch recipe from Crowded Table and wasn't a big fan.
