Banana Cinnamon Mug Cake

This sweet treat "bakes" up in just minutes with a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients

2 tbsp flour

1 egg

1/2 banana

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients.

2. Microwave 1-2 minutes

Notes: Texture is good. Could use more sweetness. No banana flavor.

 

Notes 2: Tastes like cinnamon french toast. Not very sweet. Next time, maybe try with more bananas as an experiment. Tastes really good with date syrup.
