Banana French Toast Custard in a Mug

This dessert is extremely sweet. It tastes like french toast drenched in banana maple syrup, but it requires just 2 healthy ingredients to make.

Ingredients

1 banana

1 egg

 

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients together.

2. Microwave ~2 minutes.
