Banana Waffles
These banana waffles are naturally sweet and taste great.
Yield: 1 waffle
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
Instructions
1. Blend oats. Add egg and banana.
2. Cook in waffle maker for ~5 minutes.

395 calories, 12.4g fat, 56g carbs, 7g fiber, 14g sugar, 18g protein
Notes: Good flavor. It will still not be ultra crisp, but it will be crisp enough.

1/4 tsp baking powder
8 tbsp banana
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

1. Grease waffle maker really well (or else it may stick).
2. Blend ingredients.
3. Cook in waffle maker.

Note: The batter is very thick. It had an extremely yummy angel food cake flavor, probably due to the vanilla. The texture isn't as good as the texture from the other recipe; it is slightly doughy inside. The original recipe called for applesauce instead of banana. I tried it with applesauce and water instead of milk and it did not taste good.
