Black Bean and Salsa Soup

This bean soup couldn't be simplier to prepare and has a nice kick from the salsa.

Servings: 3-4

 

Ingredients

2 15 oz cans black beans

1.5-2 cups broth (I used 2 cups)

1 cup salsa

1 tsp cumin (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients (except onions).

2. Heat in saucepan.
