Blueberry Crumble

If you like blueberries, try this delicious cobbler.

Yield: 1 serving (You can't cut down the recipe any further)

 

Ingredients

Filling:

1/2 cup blueberries

1 date (You can try experimenting without this to see if it still tastes good)

1/2 tsp lemon juice (This resulted in a very lemony flavor. I would try 1/4 tsp next time)

1/3 tsp flour

Topping/Crumble

1 tbsp almond flour

3/4 tsp flour

1/4 tsp coconut oil

1/2 date, mashed

1/16 tsp vanilla

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Combine filling ingredients. Sprinkle with topping.

3. Bake 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
