Blueberry Milkshake

This blueberry milkshake is sweet and delicious and only requires three simple ingredients.

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

0.75-1 cup milk (or use 1/2 cup milk + 2 tbsp liquid egg whites)

up to 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy.
