Buckwheat, Chia, and Hemp Cereal

This superfood-packed cereal has a nice crunch, nuttiness from the hemp seeds, and sweetness from the raisins. It tastes similar to commercially sold Q'ia cereal.

Ingredients

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp buckwheat

1 tbsp raisins

1/2 cup milk

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients. Enjoy.
