Butterfinger
This butterfinger recipe is delicious, healthy, and tastes decadent.
Ingredients
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp molasses
3.5 tbsp dates
1 cup peanut butter
1.5 cups bran flake cereal
1/8 tsp salt
2/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients (except chocolate).
2. Press into pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze.
3. If desired, cover with melted chocolate. Freeze. Enjoy!

This tastes just like a butterfinger and is made with only a few simple ingredients.
Yield: ~12 bars
Ingredients
1.5 cups dried mulberries
3/4 cup peanuts
1/8 tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp dates
1/2 tsp vanilla
5 oz chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pulse mulberries, peanuts, and salt. Add dates and vanilla.
2. Press down with parchment. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. Melt chocolate. Refrigerate.
4. Cut into bars. Freeze if you want them to be extra crunchy
