Butterfinger Ice Cream

This ice cream is the perfect soft serve consistency. It is flavored with peanut butter.

Yield: 8 scoops

 

Ingredients

1 cup peanuts (or 1/2 cup peanut butter), or a bit less

1.5 cups milk

1/2 cup cashews, soaked

6 tbsp dates (~9), or a bit more

2 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp sea salt

homemade butterfinger pieces

 

Instructions

1. Blend. Pour into ice cream maker. Enjoy!
