Butternut Squash Fries
This recipe is sure to become a family favorite. The sweetness of the butternut squash and the spicyness of the chili powder create a balanced flavor that is hard to resist.
Ingredients
1 butternut squash, peeled and cut into fries
chili powder
salt
Instructions
1. Bake at 425 degrees for ~30 minutes. Flip. Bake 10-20 minutes more.
Notes: They were not as crisp as I would have liked, but they were delicious.
