Cherry Smoothie

If you like cherries, you will love this smoothie, and you can customize it in a number of ways.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen cherries

1 banana

3/4-1 cup milk

1-3 cups fresh spinach (optional)

Optional Additions

1 tsp vanilla or almond extract (I tried almond extract)

1-1.5 tbsp cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy!

Notes: Spinach gives it an unappetizing color but does not effect the taste.
