Chocolate Cashew Pudding

You'll love this velvety smooth chocolate pudding.

Ingredients

1 cup cashews, soaked

3/4 cup of date soaking liquid or water

upto 8 dates, depending upon sweetness of date soaking liquid (If using date syrup, don't add any extra dates)

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

 

Instructions

1. Rinse soaked cashews.

2. Blend cashews with liquid, gradually adding more liquid until smooth.

3. Add mashed dates and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Note: The original recipe only called for 5 tbsp liquid and 3 tbsp sweetener. I increased the amount of liquid so that my blender could handle it.
