Sweet Potato Chocolate Fudge
This chocolate fudge tastes decadent and has the perfect consistency.
Ingredients
1/2 cup sweet potato
7 oz unsweetened chocolate
28 dates
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate. Combine ingredients.
2. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
Notes: Good consistency when placed in fridge. A bit bitter

Ingredients
1 avocado
3 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk
20-24 dates
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients. Freeze. Enjoy!

1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp cocoa powder
24-36 dates (24 dates will be dark chocolate flavor, and 36 will be a bit sweeter)
pinch salt

1. Combine ingredients. Refrigerate. Enjoy!

Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut oil
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 banana
24 dates
walnuts (opt)
Instructions
1. Melt oil. Mix in cocoa powder.
2. Blend banana, dates, and chocolate mixture.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
