Chocolate Hazelnut Milk

If you like chocolate and hazelnuts, give this milk recipe a try.

Yield: 11 tbsp

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup hazelnuts

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp cacoa nibs

1 1/8 tsp cocoa powder (needed for color)

1 date (I needed at least 2 dates)

sea salt (opt)

 

Instructions

1. Optionally toast hazelnuts for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

2. Soak hazelnuts in warm water for 8-24 hours.

3. Drain nuts. Rinse.

4. Blend ingredients.

5. Strain and enjoy!
