Chocolate Hummus

This hummus is packed full of protein but tastes like a chocolately dessert.

Yields: 12 servings

 

Ingredients

1.5 cups cooked chickpeas

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

7 dates

1 tbsp peanut butter

6-9 tbsp water

pinch salt

 

Instructions

1. Puree ingredients until smooth.
