Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is airy and delicious.

Ingredients

4 oz unsweetened chocolate

16-24 dates

2 cups milk

2 tbsp cornstarch

 

Instructions:

1. Place chocolate and half of milk in saucepan over low heat. Cook until melted.

2. Blend cornstarch, dates, and remaining milk. Whisk into saucepan.

3. Whisk on low heat until thickens (5 min).

4. Remove from heat. Chill.
