Chocolate Nut Clusters

Chia seeds and a spectrum of nuts add textural variety to this chocolate treat.
Yield: ~12 small clusters
Ingredients
2 tbsp each of 4 nuts (cashews, pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
3/4 cup puffed rice
9 dates
Instructions
1. Mix ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate until solid. Enjoy!
