Chocolate Pudding (Sweet Potato Version)

This chocolate pudding tastes great and is made from sweet potato.

Ingredients

1/3 cup sweet potato

1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1-3 dates (or more to taste)

1/4 cup milk or date soaking water (liquid is needed to get the right consistnecy. You can add up to 50% more)

 

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients. Enjoy!

You'll love this chocolate pudding made from ingredients you probably already have on hand.

Yields: 1 serving

 

Ingredients

1 banana

6 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp almond butter

upto 4 tsp milk (optional, depending upon your desired consistency)

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients. Enjoy.

 

Notes: on the fence about this one. Slight banana aftertaste.

Yields: 4 servings

 

Ingredients

1 avocado

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 cup dates (~12 dates)

1/2 cup milk

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients.

2. Puree in blender until extremely smooth. Enjoy.
