Chocolate Sauce
This chocolate sauce tastes great on ice cream.
Ingredients
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
20 dates
2 cups milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
1. Blend dates with half of the milk.
2. Heat date/milk mixture and unsweetened chocolate on low heat to melt chocolate.
3. Blend remaining milk and cornstarch. Pour into chocolate mixture.
4. Cook until thickened.

Notes: Original recipe was for hot chocolate (drink), but it was more like a fudge sauce.
