This chocolate smoothie couldn't be healthier or simpler! With just 3-4 ingredients, you can whip this up in seconds.
Chocolate Smoothie (Banana Version)
Ingredients
Regular Smoothie
1 banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds (optional)
1/2-3/4 cup milk (I needed 3/4 cup last time)
1/2 cup cooked black beans + 1/4 cup milk (opt)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (opt)
Protein Smoothie
1/2 banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp oats
1.5 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup milk (or less)
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy.

This chocolate smoothie is chocolate-y and delicious. You can choose whether to add the spinach. It doesn't affect the taste, but it does affect the color.
Chocolate Smoothie (Banana + Sweet Potato + Dates)
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1/4 banana
1/4 sweet potato (~1/4 cup)
3/4 cups milk (or 1 cup if using spinach)
6.75 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp peanut butter (opt- I didn't notice a change in taste)
1.5 dates
1/2 cup frozen spinach (opt- It will effect the color of the smoothie)
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy.

7.5+ dates
1/8 avocado (opt)

1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy.
Notes: Can smell cauliflower a bit. If you leave out both the cauliflower and the avocado, it is just chocolate milk. If you make it with just the avocado, it is good but I wouldn't go out of my way to make it.
