This is the perfect chocolate coating for thin mint cookies.

Approximately enough to coat 7 thin mints

 

Ingredients

1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate

2 dates

2 tsp milk

less than 1/32 tsp peppermint extract

 

Instructions

1. Melt chocolate.

2. Add mashed dates, milk, and peppermint extract.

3. Freeze in chocolate molds.
