Cinnamon Roasted Acorn Sqush

This healthy side-dish tastes like a sweet treat thanks to the dusting of cinnamon.

Ingredients

acorn squash

cinnamon

 

Instructions

1. Slice acorn squash into half moons.

2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Flip. Bake 10 more minutes.
