Cinnamon Vanilla Banana Smoothie

This smoothie just has a few simple ingredients that you probablly already have on hand.

Ingredients

1 banana

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp cinnamon (opt- tastes good without it)

1 tsp vanilla (opt- I didn't use)

 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy.

 

Notes: too much cinnamon in smoothie if use water
