Citrusy Muesli with Pomegranate

This muesli recipe is packed full of citrus flavor.

Ingredients

1/2 cu oats

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

juice from 1 orange (4-6 tbsp orange juice)

1 tbsp yogurt

1 grated apple

1/4 pomegranate (I halved the amount in the original recipe, since it had too much)

1 orange, chopped

1/2 tbsp pistachios

 

Instructions

1. Soak oats, chia, and orange juice

2. Add other ingredients in the morning.

Notes: Not a lot of oats in this. This recipe is all about the fruit.
