Cocoa Puffs

If you like cocoa puffs, give this healthy recipe a try.

Yield: ~2 cups

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup flour

3/4 cup hazelnut meal

1/4 cup cooa powder

6 dates

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp yogurt

1 tsp instant granulated coffee (I omitted)

 

Instructions

1. Mix and knead dough.

2. Roll into tiny balls.

3. Bake ~20 minutes at 350 degrees.
