Coconut Cashew Almond Yogurt

This "yogurt" is quick to make in a blender and is reminiscent of Lavva yogurt.

Ingredients

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup raw almonds

less than 3/4 cup dates (This is what the recipe called for but it is too much)

1.5 cups water

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp orange juice or lemon juice (I used lemon juice)

 

Instructions

1. Soak nuts.

2. Blend ingredients. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
