Cookie Dough Chia Pudding

This chia pudding gets its flavor from almond butter and dates--a natural sweetener

Ingredients

4 tbsp chia seeds (original recipe called for 6 tbsp, which was too much)

1/4 cup oats

1 cup milk

6 dates

1/4 cup almond butter

1.5 tbsp cacao nibs

1/2-1 tsp vanilla (I omitted)

 

Instructions

1. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.

2. Enjoy!

Notes: Original recipe also called for 1/4 tsp almond extract and was called cake batter chia pudding.
