Cookie Dough Fudge
This fudge is made with lentils, but you would never guess it.
Ingredients
3/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup raw almonds
10 dates
1 cup lentils (I recommend using less next time)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Blend nuts into nut butter. Add dates. Add lentils and vanilla. Blend.
2. Chill.
3. Mix in chocolate chips.
4. Freeze
