Blueberry and Lemon Overnight Oats

If you like lemon poppy seed bread, you will like these oats.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup milk

2 tsp chia seeds

1/8-1/4 cup blueberries

zest of 1/2 lemon

8 tsp date water (original recipe called for 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup)

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients

2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. Enjoy!
