Mango Guacamole
The mangos add a nice pop of sweetness to this guacamole recipe. Try this as a dip with chips or a topping for fish or chicken.
Ingredients
3/4 cup mango
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup cilantro (optional)
1.5 tbsp fresh orange juice (I omitted because I did not have any)
2 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 avocado, diced
1/2 serrano chile (I used another pepper instead)
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients.
2. Enjoy!
