One Pan Spicy Peanut Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or sub apple cider vinegar)
1-2 tsp hot sauce (the recipe called for 2 tsp but I think I only used 1 tsp)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, juiced
1 pound broccoli
2.33 pounds chicken breast
Instructions
1. Preheat oven with broiler pan 4 inches from broiler
2. Whisk together sauce ingredients. Save 1/4 of the sauce for dipping.
3. Rub chicken and broccoli with remaining sauce. Cook 10-12 minutes, flipping chicken and broccoli halfway through.
