Chunky Monkey Chia Seed Pudding

You'll love the crunch of the walnuts and cocoa nibs in this chia seed pudding.

Ingredients

1 banana

4 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 cup almond milk

4 tbsp walnuts

2 tbsp cacao nibs

 

Instructions

1. Blend banana, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and almond milk. Stir in chia seeds. Refrigerate at leas 6 hours.

2. Stir in walnuts and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
